With your registration on www.bulletstar.at you have accepted our Terms & Conditions. If you breake a rule, you will get maybe a bann. If you have more questions to the rules write a e-mail to doncosic@bulletstar.de

We prefer to play the game if you are +12 years old..





§ 1 - Verfügbarkeit

(1) BulletStar is a free browsergame. You have no rights about BulletStar.
(2) Bulletstar isn't responsible if your account gets damaged because of bugs. You can´t get anything back. (for example money)
(3) Resources, Accounts etc. are not yours. Everything on this page is from BulletStar.
(4) BulletStar is a game which is based on rounds. The Crew can restart BulletStar whenever they want.
(5) The Developers can change BulletStar whenever they want.



§ 2 - Accounts

(1) You are just allowed to have one account.
(2) Just you are allowed to play on your account.
(3) Holding accounts is forbidden.
(4) Proxies are not allowed.
(5) If you share your IP, inform an administrator first.
(6) It´s forbidden, to sell his account.
(7) If you want to change your Nickname, contact the Game Manager!
(8) The Crew can take your objetcs if you weren´t logged in for 31 days.
(9) Objects from banned players will be threated like from inactive players. (31 days)
(10) If you break a rule, the crew can reset your Rank, Power, Money, Bullets)
(11) Bulletstar doesn't delete Accounts.
(12) You can get your account banned. You can´t be unbanned later.
(13) Never tell your password to other persons, the crew won´t ask you after your password.
(14) If you share your IP with other players, you are not allowed to send him/her money.
(15) You are not allowed to have more than 2 objects.
(16) It´s forbidden to hack accounts or to tell someone you are admin.
(17) If the Grosse-Rat is conduction an investigation about you.
We expect full co-operation from the player. If this fails this can result into a Ban and reduction of your Kraft


§ 3 - Profilrules

(1) No pornographics.
(2) No racism.
(4) No brutal things.
(5) No advertisment.
(6) Maximale Fontsite: 3
(7) Maximal 5 graphic Elements for example: Videos or Pictures. (Just: Smilies, Counter)
(8) The Crew can change or delete your profile whenever they want.



§ 4 - Urteil und Einspruch

(1) How hard the punish will be, the admin has to decide.
(2) If you get a ban or a warning you can complain at the Game Manager.
(3) You have to complain within 7 days.



§ 5 - Bugusing

(1) You are not allowd to use illegale software. (Scripts, automatic Programs, Bots etc.), which can cause damage the game.
(2) You are just allowed to open BulletStar via (ScreenReader, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Apple Safari, Konqueror,Google Chrome...).
(3) If you find a bug. You have to contact the crew. If you don´t report the bug, you can get a ban.



§ 6 - Texts

(1) Allowed languages: German and English (+NL for the crew)
(2) It´s not allowed to insult other players.
(3) Don´t threaten other players. (Real life)
(4) No pornographics, racism or rude texts/videos/pictures. .
(5) If someone has a rude profile, contact the crew.
(6) No advertisment.
(7) Reporting messages without reason is not allowed.
(8) No spam messages.
(9) You can´t be punished if you insult other players via MSN, Skype, ICQ etc.
(10) You can insult other players in your family forum.
(11) Propaganda: No propaganda against the crew or developers.
(12) Don´t treat players so hard that they kill themself.



§ 7 - Forumrules

(1) No spam.
(2) No double-posts.
(3) No advertisment.
(4) No "l33t" font. (MSN-Font)
(5) Don´t discuss in the forum with other players. Use private messages.
(6) No illegal and/or unethical words, attachments, links and pictures
(7) The crew can delete your posts/topics if they are nonsense



§ 8 - Chatrules

(1) Allowed languages: English and German (+NL for the crew)
(2) Use your in - game name
(3) Chatting in #Bulletstar.at is just for registered players on .at
(4) Have respect.
(5) No bad words.
(6) No spam.
(7) No details about your real life.
(8) Write small. NOT BIG.
(9) Scripting is allowed, if you don´t damage the chat.
(10) Games and Bots are allowed, if you contact an admin.
(11) No advertisment.
(12) Advertisment is just allowed in private rooms.
(13) No racism or pornographic.
(14) You can get a ban in the game if you have got many chat bans.



§ 9 - Diamonds & Extras

(1) If you are under eighteen (18) ask your parents first if you want to buy diamonds.
Also for:
- Anruf-Lotterie
- BulletPacks
(2) You can´t get your money back.
(3) You can´t give your title (Donator-Status) on to other accounts.
(4) SponsorPay: It´s your fault if you get damaged.
(5) G-Projects isn't responsible for anything.
(6) We don´t care for textmistakes.



§ 10 - Bulletstar-Team

(1) The Game Manager can kick you when ever he wants without reason.
(2) The Game Manager is allowed to decide alone who can join the team.
(3) The Game Manager can kick you out of the team if you are inactive.
(4) Corruption is not allowed. Report to the Game Manager or Developer
(5) The Bulletstar-Team has to follow the Game Manager orders.
(6) Just the Game Manager and the Developer are allowed to change the rules.
(7) The crew is also allowed to play the game.
(8) Don´t discuss with the crew.



§ 11 - Nicknames

(1) No racist, pornographic or rude names.
(2) Don´t use similar names like of admins.
(3) You can´t change your name.



§ 12 - Events

(1) Everyone can join events.
(2) Don´t try to cheat.
(3) The crew don´t have to announce events.
(4) The admin who has started the event, can make the win-prizes.
(5) The admin don´t have to contact you if you win.
(6) If you don´t ask within 7 days if you have won, your prize is lost.
(7) The event can be canceled anytime without reason.
(8) You don´t have to join events.
(9) You can´t get real money for your prize.



§ 13 - Copyright

(1) All pictures, texts, symbols etc. are from G-Projects.
(2) If you want to have some pictures, texts, symbols etc , you have to contact the Developer.
(3) Just use our graphics if you make advertisment for BulletStar,
(4) Don´t use our graphics for propaganda.



§ 14 - Rules


(1) If you want to complain about a rule, contact the Game Manager (doncosic@bulletstar.de).
(2) If you don´t complain within 7 days, the rule has been accepted automatically by you.
(3) The crew don´t have to announce you if the rules has been changed.
